Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you use one of our tools, the text you submit is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a response. We do not create accounts, and we do not store your submitted text or generated results on our servers after your request completes. We do not ask for or collect names, email addresses, or payment information through the tools themselves.

IP addresses and rate limiting

We temporarily use your IP address in server memory to apply a fair-use rate limit (to prevent abuse of the free tools). This is not persisted to a database or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to serve the request (e.g. our hosting provider sees it as part of normal web traffic).

Third-party services

We rely on a small number of third parties to run this site:

• Anthropic — processes the text you submit to generate tool output. See Anthropic's privacy policy.
• Vercel — hosts this website and its serverless functions.
• Google AdSense (where enabled) — may use cookies to serve and measure ads, and may use data for personalized advertising in accordance with Google's own policies. You can opt out of personalized advertising via Google Ads Settings.

Cookies

This site itself does not set tracking cookies. Third-party services embedded on the site (such as ads, if enabled) may set their own cookies as described above.

Your choices

Because we don't create accounts or store submissions, there's no personal data tied to you to request or delete beyond what third-party services (Anthropic, Google) may hold under their own policies. Contact them directly, or reach us at contact@bieniek.ai with questions.

Children's privacy

The Study Tools section is intended to be useful to middle and high school students. As with the rest of the site, it requires no account and no personal information — we don't knowingly collect names, ages, school names, or any other information that could identify a child. Ads are not shown on the Study Tools section. If you're a parent with a question or concern, contact us at contact@bieniek.ai.

We may update this policy as the site evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above.
